How do I register?
Simply click Registration Form in the menu and print out the registration form. You can fill out one form per family and send it in along with your registration fee to the address at the bottom of the form.
What is the "Early Registration Special?"
If you register by July 31st, 2010, and pay the first quarter, half year or full year payment we will waive the $15 registration fee.
What happens during Kick-off Orientation Week?
For New Families, we have a 1 1/2 hour orientation, from 9-10:30am (except for those parks that only meet in the afternoons) During this time we still take the kids out on the field for a few sports while the lead coach goes over the program in detail, answering any questions the parents have. After the orientation parents are welcome to stay for the rest of the morning (until 12noon) or leave after it is over.
For Veteran Families - it is just like any other day.
Is the $15 registration fee per child or per family?
It is per family.
I would like to pay quarterly, when do I start?
You can pay your registration fee now, then start the tuition payments the first week in September.
When is the first day of P.E.?
August 27, 2010. This year we will begin our Kickoff week on Friday, August 27th.
When do I pick up the t-shirts?
You can pick them up on the first day of P.E. during the orientation.
What is the total amount for 2 kids for half day sessions?
As listed on our registration form, the pricing for 2010-2011 is $170.00 for the first child and $85.00 for the second for a total of $270.00 (including registration fee)
NOTE: this amount is only if you are paying quarterly (9 weeks) Full year in advance payment would be $612.00 for the first child, $306 for the second and a registration fee for a total of $933.00.
What is the recommended P.E. attire?
To set them up for success in athletics, we recommend shorts, closed toed sneakers, and a Saints shirt.
Do I need to purchase t-shirts for my children?
Yes, they are our uniforms and each child must wear one. They are $10 each and may be purchased on their first day.
What if it rains?
Our staff goes to “Plan B”, which involves activities under the shelter for such activities as jump rope, shuffleboard, four square, drama, Bible trivia, etc.
What about hurricanes?
In the event of a hurricane please call your lead coach.
What if I am absent?
We recognize absences occur, however, please keep in mind the parks are still open and operating in your absence.
If my child still has their t-shirt from last year do I still need to purchase one?
No, as long as it still fits and is in good condition, i.e.no marks on the shirt. In the past we offered a free t-shirt with our registration, however this year, t-shirts are paid for separately and we have reduced our registration fee accordingly.
I have a friend that wants to try out the program but is not sure of enrolling their children yet? Then have them come to the park one week and try out the program for free.
I cannot pay the full tuition amount what do I do?
We give partial scholarships to all who truly need them, as it is our desire that no child be denied P.E. because of a family's financial situation. However, we are limited at each park as to the amount of scholarships we can provide. If the monies are not available we may need to place you on a waiting list. To apply, simply see the lead coach at your park and request a scholarship application, or contact Kelly Nevius, Executive Director at CoachKellySaints@yahoo.com and request one. Once it is submitted we will contact you regarding your participation in the program (your situation will remain confidential).
If I filled out a registration or scholarship form last year do I still need to fill out a new one this year?
Yes, every September we ask you to fill out a new form so we can keep our records current.
I would like to make a donation to the scholarship program, what do I do?
Make checks payable to “Saints-CHAA” (our non-profit 501C(3) corporation) and mail it to the same address as C.H.A.A. or go to the "Donate" option and make a donation.
I sent in my registration, will I get a confirmation in the mail?
No, just come to your park location on the appropriate day and check to make sure we have it on file.
